All purpose flour | 1 cup |
Butter | 1/4th cup |
Condensed milk | ½ can or 200 ml |
salt | a pinch |
Baking powder | ½ tsp |
Baking soda | ½ tsp |
Vanilla extract | 1-2 tsp |
Any soda (i used lehar soda) |

Method
- Firstly finely sieve all purpose flour,baking soda,baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- In a bowl whisk butter in room temperature and milkmaid until smooth and fluffy and then add vanilla extract.
- To that butter and milkmaid mixture alternatively add sifted flour and soda one by one and slowly whisk .
- Take cup cake mould ,if its a silicon mould no need to grease, if its a aluminum mould grease it with little butter and dust it with flour .
- Pour the batter in the cup cake mould and bake for 20 to 25 mts depending on your microwave and also on your electric voltage condition.
- After 25 mts transfer the cup cake from your tray to a wired rack and let it completely cool down.
