Eggless Black Forest cake
Since i started baking cakes i always dreamed of baking a black forest cake and today my dream came true but with few disappointments like fresh cream dint work out well etc.But the taste of the cake was amazing i loved it and it so happened to go to my grandmothers house so i shared my cake with my relative they all said "wow" did you really do it. I felt very happy and got curious to share it with you people .So here we go
Ingrediants
All purpose flour | 1 cup |
Butter | 1/4th cup |
Condensed milk | ½ can or 200 ml |
Cocoa powder | 3tbs |
Baking powder | ½ tsp |
Baking soda | ½ tsp |
Vanilla extract | 1-2 tsp |
Cocoa cola |
100-150ml

Icing
Fresh cream
|

Method
- Firstly finely sieve all purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking soda,baking powder and a pinch of salt.
- In a bowl whisk butter in room temperature and milkmaid until smooth and fluffy.then add vanilla extract.
- To that butter and milkmaid mixture alternatively add sifted flour and cocoa cola one by one and slowly whisk .
- Take a baking tray and grease it with butter and dust it with little flour.
- Pour the batter in the greased tray and bake for 30 to 35 mts depending on your microwave and also on your electric voltage condition.
- After 35 mts transfer the cake from your tray to a wired rack and let it completely cool down.
- When the cake is completely cooled we can start with the icing.
- Before we start icing keep the fresh cream, bowl and whisk in the fridge for atleast 2 hour.
- Then after 2 hours whisk the fresh cream with sugar and vanilla extract untill soft peaks.
- for sugar syrup take pan add sugar and water stir is untill the sugar dissolves .And let it cool down..
- Cut the cake into two equal parts,then apply sugar syrup,fresh cream and jam then place another half and apply sugar syrup then cover the cake with fresh cream .
- Atlast add chocolate shaving and smake your design.........
